AudiPartner
For years I've suffered with achey legs if I sit down for too long, but it used to only be on long car/plane journeys. Recently I have found that my left leg is getting really achey just sitting at my desk. Granted I can be sat there all day sometimes. Its getting really uncomfortable. I even get shooting pains sometimes when its gets particularly bad. Is there anything I could take to try and help this? Someone mentioned glucosamine? (sp??!!). nordberg
Sounds like a circulation problem. I would suggest you seek some advice from your GP. Cirulation problems are not to be messed around with, get it seen by a pro.
