S3ENVY
[ QUOTE ] Yes mate, my knees are fecked (but ice skating/ice hockey may have done that) and my joints ache if I do too much exercise. [/ QUOTE ] Ditto. I'm 26 and over the hill already. Dodgy knees, dodgy back, dodgy ankles, 2 dislocated shoulders and a life bound to physiotherapy and exercises....all thanks to ice-hockey. Veracocha
I worked out the cause of the joint pain. This may sound stupid but it was down to arm wrestling after a few drinks at the pub (not very classy I know). It suddenly occured to me that the ache had started a few days after the said event, and having thought about it this has happened before. Don't think it is good for your joints to go from completely relaxed and tight to overwhelming pressure without warming up. Joints have calmed down now so I can continue weight lifting/circuits as I like!
