spikeyboy
Realise this topic has been discussed a fair bit of late, following the various threads i decided to upgrade my Kracher Foam gun to the AB foam gun, Received through the post yesterday and have a couple of questions: 1) My understanding from previous threads is that you turn the black dail to "negative" to increase the amount of foam - is this correct ? 2) What is the best setting for the actual nozzel - should the reads be closed or open ? Hoping to have a play over the weekend. Thanks
AntW
its a foam gun, not a space shuttle. Play with it and see... 1) the symbol on the dial is like a volume indicator for want of a better decription. At the thin end it draws in less mix, at the fat end, lots... 2) Reed open is more or less a straight jet. Reed closed fans out in an almost 180 degree arc. Again just tinker a bit and you find what works best. Oh, and don't drop the fecking thing or the end flies off and you lose a brass pin and end up using duct tape to keep it together. davyk31
Yep turn the knob towards negative for more foam, also just watch out as this will empty the bottle quite quickly.
Tarmac_Terrorist
I've only recently bought one of these. I find it works best with the knob fully to the negative position. This makes the foam a little thicker and clings to the car better / longer. You need to adjust the spray nozzle as it can come out at a very wide angle. You can make it a nice narrow spray for getting into the wheel arches. Great fun to use!

spikeyboy
had a play today - made my old Kracher foam gun look like crap. Coudlnt believe the amount of foam and how thick it was. Deffo made the right choice in changing from Kracher foam gun.
