Muppetboy
I've had a nose bleed after running the last two times, both times only one nostril and the same one. Is this anything to worry about? There's not much blood, just enough to make the nostril red (not dripping down or anything).
Nelson_R32
I've had this quite a few times when I used to jog allot but I'm one of these people that gets random nose bleeds with lots of blood. Sounds like it probably just the wall of your nose scratched from blowing or dare I say it...picking? Jogging will obviously get the blood flowing faster hence why it's happening after jogging. But I personally would give the jogging a rest for a day or two and see how you get on.
Mort
Do you eat greens ? Serious question - the first sign of vitamin K deficiency is nose bleeds - reduces capillary thickness especially in the nose . I had it when I went to Uni... same thing... Google it...
