Golfer
thinking about the same car same colour would you give any advice on how to spec? I added to the dynamic pack; heated seats all round and lumber adjustment (electric). I went for the Media Pack also as BMW assist is very useful and free for three years. You don't need adptive drive or the suspension upgrade, the car drives great without it. I also got the 256 5 Spoke 20" wheels, they are easier to clean and look better than the "Y" spoke IMO. I have got the Alloy running boards they look great.

Don;t know if it's a phase, but I hate the Cayenne and Q7... but love the X5, X6 and new Toureg. When are you getting some big wheels for it though ? I have got two sets of 20" one 5 spoke and the other "Y" spoke, my mate did not like his wheels and put Khans on, so I bought his for £800.00 the set:grin:, The tyres are £300 each without the wheels, result+++

I have been busy concluding a property deal ( at last) so moved home, very hard work but paid off . Have covered 3500 miles in the short time I have had the X6, it really flies now (with the P-Tronic of course). best regards J.

Merlot
Yep no problem, two mins and it's done, come service time just remove.:D Must do some research on it John. Did you buy off their website (c£425/450 but in Euros) or is cheaper elsewhere and will one unit fit a whole range of cars?

P-Tronic box-unit :: Sitemap This link is where I got mine from: "Pascal" is the guy to speek too, you may get a discount at this time but then again may not, it's worth a try. The units are re-programable to fit other engines but thats back to factory unless you are transfering to the same engine in another car. Merlot
Cheers. When the A8 goes it will probably be replaced with an A4/A5/A6 with the 3.0tdi engine but they make 7PS and 50Nm more in standard trim - I wonder if it would work in those or not? BTW have you had any comment back on the 635d to say that it had had something fitted?

You would have to ask BTW have you had any comment back on the 635d to say that it had had something fitted? Na nothing they do not check that far in. All my cars prior to that have been remapped, no come backs at all and all have gone back to main agents.
