Oli18
Hi, I'm just uploading some photos on behalf of Dave from A8parts who has been on the forum but asked me to help him upload his photos of recent work - upgrading his pre-facelift A8 to a facelift. I've put the photos into 2 animations taking the front end off and putting the new one back on. I'm sure he'll be along to comment and but here they are none the less. -Oli PS - Awesome job Dave...looks really good! Before & after piccie! Oli18
Sorry just to clarify, there are 2 daves working for A8parts. There is older dave (i hope he doesn't mind me saying that), and he's ian's partner and then there is younger dave who's been working at A8parts for the past few months - and this is his car. Some of you may have met him at ADI. He added the S8 exhaust which sounds seriously sweet also put in the red interior onto the black seat bases. And with black carpets it look da bomb YOu can see the interior in his pictures if you look closely. The wings were changed also but just didn't have a pic. Not sure what the costs are but i'm sure they'll tell you if you ask them. :-) Edited November 12, 2008 by Oli18
IT_S8
Neat. Must give him a ring when he gets back.Mike This work is from our young Dave P, not the seasoned Dave C who is currently enjoying the somewhat sunnier climate down under.... It does really lift the exterior appearance of the car, with the clearer headlights and fog lights in the lower vallance... Yes, wings needed changing, and bonnet & bumper & headlights.... Definitely a 'collect only' sale
gninnam
Does look smarter, no mistake, but does the cost justify??
sloss
That's a lot of work for not a lot in visual.... I was thinking this was going to be the new style front with the deeper chrome look rad inlet. Only a mod for someone in the trade I think. mkoneman
i spend hour upon hours doing things that may go unnoticed to the untrained eye, so i appreciate this kind of mod, if you can get hold of the parts why not good work boys

Only people that know will say "wtf. A facelift car with PF parts and numberplate". Stealth Modding the new modding experiance! A real Q car.
