 I've read what you said but I still think I'm going to get one of your RX400h (in the absence of the IS-F being offered!) for the trip up to the in-laws, saves the mileage on the BMW... My only concern is that someone from Sytners may see me in a barge with a big 'L' on the front :jump:

p.s. good to see you've calmed down a bit since the first barage of abuse post +++

p.p.s I suggest you blame your marketing department for the offer... :uhoh:

You're talking b0llocks now. On one hand you're ranting about timewasters abusing your 48 hour test drive, then you're saying your Salesmen are most thorough at qualifying potential customers !

I'll repeat my question from an earlier post : Which Dealership do you work for ?

The name of our delaership in irrelevant, I speak for every Lexus dealer in the network.

Whats up ? I thought you'd like the advertising, y'know, where potential buyers should come for some friendly impartial service. Being a car forum folks on here take an interest in this sort of thing, and even spend a few bob now and then. So, which dealership is it ?

As mentioned above, don't go insulting Joe Public (me) on a public forum, because of your Marketing Department's shortcomings and your Salesman's inability to do his job properly.

Bazza - any chance you could go via the tip for me ?

 I wasn't going to do this but you had to insult my 335 by calling it a 318 :jump:

When you have quite finished cutting out pictures from the brochure I think you should go home and have your tea because I can hear your mum calling you. Good night knobhead.

Lol, I rest my case. I think you'll find personal abuse is frowned upon and you show your true colours... +++

I reckon Mr Lexus Maindealer is the spotty Saturday kid they have cleaning the bucket out after the Lithuanian car washer has been into jet wash all the cars mid week.

How else would he explain his awful grasp of the English language?!?

Or maybe McC is back and has a Saturday apprenticeship to the local Lexus dealers??

Damn, you've got me now. Can't stay on long as I've got to go and empty my bucket and put my Supagard kit away before the real valeter comes back.

Well I think apart from our mystery poster that I have held our local Lexus dealer in high regard - when I was looking I was qualified pretty quickly but in a nice way (I am in sales and I like to know if there IS a sale there) Chris - suprised you had hassle (assuming you went to the local dealer?) where I was more the adequaltely looked after.

Unfortunately the car wasn't for me and went back to the Audi brand but I didn't have anything bad to say about how I was treated and my enquiries were dealt with - and the posts by the Lexus Maindealer dont do any good to my consideration towards the Lexus brand.

I suggest you do yourself a favour and try not to be so antagonising (however its spelt!) and understand "banter" is always going to be had in a forum! This is OUR place to discuss our experiences of the car market and if you don't like what is being said say your bit and go away - because I can't imagine anyone here is really interested in your rants MATE..

Cheers for the odd laugh though (he says contradicting himself!)

PS Sold the A4 yesterday and purchased an A6 for the new year!

Now, where do I report a Sytner employee, (the same Sytner company I bought my last 2 BMWs from) for calling me a tit ? If only there was a link, y'know, somewhere I could mention a Sytner employee with a traceable IP address calling me, a potential customer, a tit.

If only there was a contact form !

Bingo ! Contact Us

Dear Sir. I feel that calling you a tit may have been wrong as tits are useful and far more fun to play with that you. Good night knobhead.
