agw82
Hi Guys I have a question re the Volume of the phone when connected via BT. The problem I'm having is the volume is quite low and it doesn't matter how much a turn the dial on the radio or the scroll on the MFSW the volume will not go any higher, it will go lower, down to nothing but not that high, infact at motorway cruising speed it's quite dificult to hear people.. It is the Symphony unit, standard speakers 8T2035195H, HW = H02 and SW = 0210 Any suggestions will be most welcome, i wondered if there was a hidden menu like in the old Symphony units, but can't find anything after a search round the net.. Scotty
Mine seems fine although I have heard others say the same. Have you tried adjusting the volume on the actual phone handset?
agw82
It's a good shout and would be an easy mistake to make but i have checked the phone volume several times and also looked through the profile to make sure there are no volume setings in there. Looks like it could be a trip back to the dealer to try and get it sorted.. Thanks Andy
craigyb
I have seen this on a few A4/A5's now with BT prep fitted. No solution yet.
agw82
Just spoke to the workshop supervisor at my dealership (Derby Audi) and they have had a few in with the same issue, he said they will put it on the computer and should be able to change the factory set max volume for the phone. He said some were coming out the factory with it not set properly. Hopefully this will get it sorted, won't know until next Friday through Andy
