Given the choice of "Smoke" with 35% light transmission and "Midnight" with 20% light transmission, I'm thinking the "Midnight" option is the closest match. W12 Posted July 1, 2009 Report Share Posted July 1, 2009 I had mine done at pentagon near manchester cost me £340 for all sides + rear but this is with tinted security film, normal film would be cheaper! I had the darker on back and very light on the front. Someone did try to break in to my car a while ago and they couldnt get in even after hitting it with a blunt instrument and trying to prise the glass with a screwdriver!! MICKPSU Posted July 2, 2009 Report Share Posted July 2, 2009 My rear side windows and rear screen on my W12 are factory tinted and are very very dark. You cant see into the rear unless you get up close and its still hard to see inside. I would guess it is the limousine tint @ 5%.
