shao_khan
About 3 weeks ago, playing with the kids (well throwing them around) I felt a twinge in the shoulder, following day - OMG talk about discomfort. Saw doctor, saw physio as well and physio confirmed the injury. Day to day life isnt bad as long as I'm careful, quick movement is a real no-no, but night time is agony, i obviously sleep on my injured arm and several times a night, I actually feel worse now with lack of sleep than anything else!!! Anyway the moral of the storey is, ignore them when they're shouting "again daddy".........
Mook
They do say don't stick on them for too long, but taking a couple of Nurofen at night will make a big difference, because it'll ease the inflamation (of the shoulder!) Despite having my op in February, I've still got grief with my shoulder, so I know what it's like to not get a decent night's sleep.
