Sponge
I'm currently using the trial version of Windows 7 and have the full version pre-ordered, so my copy of Vista Ultimate 64bit is not being used. Can I sell it? I mean, is there an issue with activation, etc, that prevents me from selling it and trying to recoup what W7 cost me? It's an OEM version I bought for my self-build, i.e. it didn't come with a pre-built PC.
Mac
If it's OEM it will have come with a piece of hardware - even something minor. If it didn't then your license is invalid anyways, not that it really matters. You cannot sell on unless you sell it with the same piece of hardware. That's to comply with the licensing anyways. If you do sell it technically you're selling the media, not the license. The person who buys it would be the one breaking the licensing agreement bizarrely.
