NHN Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 Sounds like the alarm is setting of & you havnt got the alarm chirps coded on, just teh blinkers, so possibly 2 things here need sorting, check with vagcom for both tbh mate. That suggests that the alarm isn't setting because it thinks that one of the doors (or tailgate) is open, or the interior monitoring system thinks there's something moving inside the car. Look with VAG-COM to see if the central convenience module is storing any fault codes, as it sounds to me like you either have a problem with one of the door switches, or with the interior monitoring system.
