illumination lights not working? polo 1998

hi there

i got into my car lastnight and i turned the lights on and the heater lights and the lights at speedometer and electric windows lights arent working

i checked all the fuses and they all seem fine?

i have no idea what todo

has anyone else ever had this problem ?
