Help with Audi A3 Vag Codes

Help please!

Sorry if the topic has been done in the past. I have an Audi A3 2008 with sat nav, bluetooth and the d.i.s screen reads my contacts of my iphone but not the sat nav.

After doing some research it looks like the codes need changing so everything can be synced.

Does anyone have a vag-com machine near Ipswich or Suffolk

The phone module coding needs changing from 0xxxx to 1xxxx for the phone contacts to be shared with the sat nav.

Also the aux is not working either, do I need a code for this as well.

Yes, but you don't need to change them from what you have at the moment.

Yes. See http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Audi_Radio/Navigation_System_(RNS-E)

Your RNS-E coding needs to change from 020xx1x to 020xx5x to enable the Aux In - same comment about the x's.

If you swapped an Audi radio to the RNS-E remember that the Aux In connects to different pins on the RNS-E compared to the radios.
