Tipex
It's all about image and marketing, and nothing to do with the product. Audi have done some clever marketing and gained the image they set out for, despite the inferior product, just shows how susceptible people are to marketing. cruiser647
There are ALWAYS better products out there. Doesn't mean they sell. We all knew Betamax was a better product......
Mr Man
Why would anyone wait for an Audi?I'd laugh at a dealer who told me more than a month, and simply buy a better car! That`s what I did.....I tested countless cars last summer(June/July)....In the end it was a toss up between an A5 and a Jaguar XF....the dealer insisted the Car would be delivered before the VAT rise in January 2011....but I had my doubts as I`d read countless stories about delays....In the end I felt the XF was a better car.....and a lot cheaper......That said when I ordered my A3 in late July 2005 I was told to expect delivery in 12 to 16 wks.......Imagine my surprise when 6wks later I was told the Car would be ready for collection within the week.....I had`t even tried to sell my then current car.......and the deal for the A3 was based on no trade in.
