A guy in the US did one recently for the B8 A4 and already that's struggling to keep up to date. The closest you may get to a complete list for all cars is ross-tech's wiki but it's certainly not definitive and if you just looked at that you'd miss out on so much. I have had a fault with the roof, in that it appears to be dead with no yellow normal roof opening light even displaying. Ive just got a Vag.com cable and software. upon plugging it reals off loads of numbers which dont mean anything to me. It looks like your VCDS (old name was VAG-COM not vag.com) installation looks faulty as it cannot read the CODE files, I'd be tempted to uninstall and re-install VCDS and try again.
