ashleywater
I cannot for the life of me, see you knowing any of the "dark art's" of Glyneath, Garcon. I have marshalled on resolfen and other stages, back in the day, have fond memories, particularly of getting p1ssed up in Merthyr, with the FC lads, great days

ahankins
The only thing I've noticed so far is that the ali roof bar option has gone.
ashleywater
I have heard that Glacier White is now available? Is that correct, because the brochure I have does not mention it, is that colour option noted in new brochure at all?
ahankins
No mention of it. Typical they add another colour which doesn't exactly make the options radical.

So excuse my ignorance here, but where does the Glacier White option, originate from? As ah says, it is not exactly radical or even practical to be offering, effectively three feckin shades of white, instead of say a sprint blue? Can anyone confirm or otherwise that this option is actually available?
garcon magnifique
It seems white is the new black. There used to be seventy twelve slightly different shades of black, it would appear the same is happening with white.

I was told at Goodwood FOS by two sales staff on the Audi stand, also both Crewe and Stoke have also confirmed it's only been recently added to the colour chart. I'm sticking with Suzuka Grey as it has more "fleck" in the finish.. The Roof bars are pooh!!! and for what they cost I wouldn't bother.

Cheers Wayne, thanks for the heads up, I'm with you on the Suzuka, but I really dont understand why yet another white colour is being added? Why not sprint blue or such like? I hope it is nothing to do with issues with Suzuka Grey, coz all I am hearing from the R8 team, is that if I was ordering any other colour, my car would have been delivered by now, and still no build confirmation on my order, although apparently I am first on the ROI with deposit to order Suzuka, both my local audi dealers, have had their demo cars cancelled by Audi, and are now in the process of trying to reinstate there demo orders. Moschops
Ash, I've been told Suzuka Grey is NOT affected by the Japan incident....:sauer: but no idea why we are not seeing this colour earlier... Re Colours, I like the Hot Pink or what ever it's called, looks nice on the A3... The pics of the black one don't do anything for me, but the Ibis White I like. Crewe had their Demo cancelled and it's been turned into a customer order. So thats one less RS3 trashed by the tyre kicker/window licker brigade I'll catch up with you all later....

SpiderMacK
Holy moly.....greedy sods...Daniel Myers Ltd : Audi RS3 2.5 TFSi quattro Sportback S Tronic I agree that appears to have no extras a standard RS3 (ok maybe £500 metallic paint) so what £40500 and asking £51750 no one - is going to pay that. Totally agree, and you have to admire there "Front" marking it up at that price, utterly insane money, however this car has been advertsied for quite a while now, so no surprise really, that it is has not sold All that being said, RS4's were attracting ludicrous premiums, when they first came out, £10K in some cases. garcon magnifique
Seems to be the thing with any new model, especially if numbers are limited. There were Focus RS500s up for well over £50k for a while. I guess if you have money (or finance) to burn and want the car NOW... (Funnily enough, I don't remember any Impreza Cosworths being advertised at over book, but then they're £50k anyway... )

garcon magnifique
Don't know the actual figure, but I do know there are still at least a handful of unsold, unregistered examples knocking around the dealer network.
Mook
Unsurprising really. Amazing car, but £50k for an Impreza is madness. I thought £35K for the original T25 was mad, but Litchfield sold plenty and they still hold their value well, despite their appetite for eating engines and turbos. Are the Cossies holding their value?
