daykin
I just got hold of a new car and a new diamond brite kit and some collinite 476. I was going to give the car a good wash and then a couple of coats of collinite, but was wondering if it was worth or possible to use the diamond brite kit and then put the collinite on top ? Anyone any experience of this or ideas ?
eldavo69
Not diamondbrite per se, but I've used a wax over a sealant many a time. You'll be fine as long as you do it in that order, reverse it and the sealant will only last as long as the wax. As with any sealant it's well worth the time and effort to make sure you're sealing in well polished paint to start with.
