Hi

Im looking for some advice regarding replacing a rear license plate bulb fitting. One of the bulbs had blown and I have somehow managed to push the light fitting right inside the bumper. I can get my fingers to the bulb holder, but having no joy in forcing the fitting back out, due to the position and size of the fitting. I'm guessing the only way to get this out will be snap the fitting in two to prise out and then replace the fitting? Is there Any easier way to get access to behind the bumper, without having to remove any bolts and take off?? Any advice would be appreciated

There should be enough flex in the rectangular hole to pull the light fitting through. When someone ran into the back of my R32 one got pushed up inside and I hooked my fingure around it and carefully pulled it back through while pushing on the edge of the hole to make it slightly bigger.

Don't worry if you break the light fitting as they are not that expensive from the dealers. Last time I bought one it was around £10.
