Woppum
I have been fancying a change for a while now and although the rocky r is a great car, wanted something a little faster for everyday use. Over the Xmas break I spent many an hour scrolling through the pistonheads classifieds and the auto trader ap. my first choice at the time was the gtr, however after a spirited drive in one I concluded that it was just too fast. Great in a straight line, but on the twisties offered little feedback unless you were going a speeds that are just silly. A fantastic car and amazing achievement but not for me. Went out in a 1m after that. A great car but no m3. Just put a deposit down on this today, a monte Carlo edition which will be delivered early next week. I'm chuffed! Biscuits
Interesting read Wopps. Your comments on the GTR don't surprise me, it's a weapon. I keep looking at the 1M and keep thinking its very very cool. Just the fit, finish and image it still not on a level with the rest of the M cars. Very envious of your new purchase, I miss mine badly.
Luke
Woppum you bender. Have you been building a warehouse in MK? Nice to hear from you again. Surprised you didn't like the 1M. It's a fukcing beast of a car. Maybe not your regular M car but a blast beyond belief. Still the Monte is a great example of the M3. Love that colour especially with the black alloys. Woppum
The 1 m is a cracking car. At high wycombe they have a barely touched ex demo with all the trimmings, in black with a ticket of 43k. This was the car I went out in and was actually charmed by the cabin and look of the car from the outside. What put me off was the engine. Fast as it may be, it's turbocharged and that will never be the same, even if it is not far off in a straight line. The m3 is a cracker but needs a user zorst I think, and a Woppum number plate. Luke
You can see that WH from Mars! F uck me there must be a few shirts in there. My brother got his 1M in November, Valencia orange. He's spinning the wheels in 3rd and 4th in the damp on full hoon!

Biscuits
Only essentials on an M3 are EDC, Bluetooth and factory USB. They come well equipped as standard. Nice options are extended leather, HiFi upgrade and competition pack.
Andrew
I've got most of the options on mine. Never thought I'd use the heated seats but have been surprised at how much I do! Only thing I'd like it to have had is TV. Probably wouldn't use it but would like it all the same. You not tempted by another, especially now there appear to be some hoofing deals on? I'm quite envious Should have got the seller to chuck it in, unless it was one of those naming purpose only plates by the dealer - clever plate. Anyway good luck with the new motor. Took the decision to buy the m3 as never drive the rocky and wold always take the pork out, hence the 14k miles in 18 months! M3 is amazing though, haven't touched the rs since I have had it which was the plan!

Tipex
cock and c*nt! have it mate. ill take it off you for 300 nicker including the vat or you keep it I would have been £44 down on that deal yesterday! Do you know if that particular plate is only available on the regtransfers site? or is it available elsewhere? Only I'd implore everyone not to do a search on it, as the price has jumped up to £600 today, I can only assume the price gets automatically bumped the more people search for it. Make sure you haggle with them, it was £344 yesterday!
