Tipex
Ballotelli, total and utter cu*t, no other words to describe him. Why they didn't take him off, for his own good, I'll never know.
m4ttm4son
Arsenal 1-0 Man City: By the Numbers How much do Man City pay these guys? Sorry for all the ManCity bashing, but as soon as ManU do something silly I'll be all over that too
garcon magnifique
I was one of those who thought Baloyelli (that's a typo but I like it) was a controllable clown. I hope he faces a ban for that tackle - frankly unbelievable that the ref missed it but then they've all been utter w@nk this weekend. Hilarious how City fans are now cursing luck. They didn't seem to mind all the outrageous decisions in their favour, they got their season's share in the Rottenham (another typo I like!) game alone. NewNiceMrMe
I can't wait to hear the next Noel Gallagher interview. He's Balotelli's number one fan and was gushingly embarassing when he interviewed him for Football Focus a few months back. I'm not going to say "I told you so", but I did. The Young penalty was never a penalty and nor should Derry have been sent off, but it balances out with the fact City played with 11 men until the last minutes because as everyone has said Balotelli should have gone in the first 15 minutes. All of this without Vidic too - and you can be assured we'll address the midfield issue in the summer. Midfield issue though, oh yes, that midfield issue. Our midfield is awful isn't it. Two words. Paul Scholes. Genius. Outstanding yesterday. The banner that has been at Old Trafford for a while now is one of the best ever made.... Your players make money, our players make history. m4ttm4son
It's not your players making the history. They are just the pawns in the Fergie chess box Will be a two horse race next season. Man U and Arsenal. The 90s are coming back

Twinspark
Oh God don't. My liver still remembers that night in 1999... 1999 wasn't too bad - although Katie didn't seem to realise the importance of it at the time... she does now. But she spent a long time wondering why I was on my knees in front of the TV (a massive 21" CRT...) screaming at it. 2008 was the one my liver remembers - I was staying in a hotel in Stoke on Trent, which had a 'sports bar' (it was also the local cricket club) - Grolsch were doing a free glass when you buy 4 pints offer. I awoke in the morning to find 3 glasses in my room - and I had a 10am appointment with my boss.
NewNiceMrMe
Some of us were there and it remains the most incredible sporting event ever in my mind. I could see Bayern fans. Lots of them. And the jubilation in their eyes. Well, that was until.... Trust me, you'll never ever ever see such desolation in such swift time. I actually felt for them. For about 2 seconds. NewNiceMrMe
There's nowt like giving City false hope - and that's exactly what it is. The Wigan game was always a potential banana skin but it ain't gonna change the destination of OUR trophy.
Twinspark
They've never beaten us in the league, ffs - mind you, that usually means we're set up for a fall. Nobody has ever lost the title from 8 points clear with 6 to play. What's the odds on us being the first?
NewNiceMrMe
They've been unlucky to lose their last two games - very and I predicted a 1-0 defeat for us in the office today. No need to worry, it's in the bag. Newcastle will beat City, we have roll-over Villa at the weekend, Everton never do much at Old Traffod and when we go to the United Stadium we'll put an end to it. Twinspark
So, are the ABUs only going to concentrate on Young's exaggeration? (It was a penalty, regardless) No mention of the handball in the box not given, or indeed Given handling outside the box going unpunished? Thought not... m4ttm4son
If he were foreign, the media would be going nuts. Having seen a clip, I can't believe it was given by the ref. Ridiculous dive. I'd be embarrassed if an Arsenal player did that.
garcon magnifique
But why should United fans be the first ones ever to call their own players on diving? Fowler and Owen made a career of it. As did Shearer when it suited him. And they're all English.
Twinspark
And Liverpool fans always forget the contribution Gerrard's dives have made to their trophy cabinet (2005 anyone?).... but he's the worst example, as he went on TV to slate anyone who dives and said it had no place at LFC.
