m4ttm4son
Yes, BMI is almost irrelevant when you get to super-fitness, but this is a bit of fun; BBC News - Where are you on the global fat scale? I'm bang in the sweet spot of the BMI band for my height and well (93%) below the UK National Average. Most like those in Burkina Fasao, apparently. How do yous guys stack up? Andrew
According to this I was one of the fattest people on the planet. I'd like to see some of them pace out consistent 7:15 min/mile pace like I do! BMI never works for me!!

garcon magnifique
According to that, I'm more obese than 100% of the world. I'm even off the scale if I reach my target weight. It must be wrong. :cartman:

Milo
I was an Angolan last week. But after shitting through the eye of a needle all day yesterday following excessive Red Bull on Saturday, I'm probably a Gambian now.
Twinspark
I'm Tongan, apparently. BMI is a particularly flawed measure, though.

m4ttm4son
Here's another BBC comparometer for you Which Olympic athlete are you most like? I was slap bang in the middle of the pack. Three people suggested were a footballer, athletics bloke and female gymnast, so quite boring really. Who's going to test their graph with some serious measurements? Mook
Body Mass Index is such a crock of shiite - I'm down as below UK average for obesity and above average for global. I'm most recently measured at 8.6% body fat

m4ttm4son
I'm most recently measured at 8.6% body fat Holy sh1t. Is that with tongs or electric devices? I haven't even bothered weighing myself for months. I'm having all the trousers of my suits altered though, so doing good.
Mook
I'm a bit obsessive, as you may have guessed, and I've been in training for Total Warrior for three months now. Physio has got some stupidly expensive body fat scales - stand on the metal pads and hold two sensors as well. The ones you can buy that just have you standing on pads only pass current up one leg and down the other and then the software makes assumptions. Tanita BC-545 body fat scales is what I've been recommended to buy if I get myself a set. Not too cheap though... Great to hear you're having to get your clothes adjusted - made smaller I presume

Tanita BC-545 - £125 wasn't as scary as I thought they might be.

patently
I don't need to worry about BMI & stuff. I'm just heavy enough not to need any ballast for the Academy, and just short enough to actually fit in [what's left of] the car. Therefore I must be perfect. That does sound the right size, though would it not be handy to put some ballast in the front to stop that pesky over steer?
