Realised that my power steering pump was coming loose because one of the mounting holes had lost its thread.

Had both the holes helicoiled for good luck and re-fitted the pump. It now feels the most secure it has done under my ownership so fingers crossed that that's now sorted.

I took delivery of these: http://9products.com/caster-block and will fit them over the winter months along with more polybushes and another geo setup.

I also fitted a strut brace which won't really do anything on the road but on track with sticky tyres I could feel a bit of movement from the front end in hard corners.

Still not convinced by the Cup1 wheels and considering selling them on rather than refurbing them first - decisions, decisions.

A long overdue update.

Fitted a Seat Cupra R splitter (shown post. Oulton Park trackday covered in filth):

Unfortunately, the day before Oulton Park I was unceremoniously rear ended by a granny in a Nissan Juke:

Luckily, (daddy pig mode on) I'm a bit of an expert at imperceptible bodywork repairs:

Although I did have a few questions to answer at a wet Oulton Park, so let the car speak for itself:

Despite my amazing skills I figured I should get a second opinion on my work, not sure whether he understood the brief as his work seemed more obvious than mine:

There were a couple of "while you're in there" jobs to be done too, but again not exactly subtley blended paintwork:

Looking good, has it effectively had a full respray now?

Wish I could find a reasonably priced, half decent bodyshop aroud our way, they are either bodge up merchants, or extortionate, need the rear arches sorting on the Scooby, got all the fromt panels being delivered next week finally.
