Bluetooth comfort setting ???

Hello Lads, I have just bought the mrs a 2008 a3 without rnse, I had one in my s3 and she wanted one in her car so I gave her the one from may car and bought a secondhand black glossy framed one for my car, the only prblem is i cant access the phone list on the screen, plus the voice command has never worked, is there anyone with a coder nearby (kent, essex, erea) that could help me (I will gladly pay for someones time) .
