DanG Posted December 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 Ran 5k today in 28 minutes - teeny weeny little walking break in the middle as I nearly gave up, but I am pleased I stuck to it. Treadmill is so much harder than the cool of outside. Weight is still 12st 8lbs, exactly as it was when I started the year - I think i got down to about 12st 5lbs at one point - but I do think i have gained muscle mass in the legs and arms. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
