Torino101
Did you see Webbs reaction when Sterling touched his chest? Isn't touching a ref an auto red? I instantly thought he'd either be sent off or at the very least get a yellow. But nothing....... Bizzare.
NewNiceMrMe
The draw was interesting. City will hammer Wigan. I think Sunderland will beat however they end up facing (Hull, probably, if Sunderland can keep 11 men on the pitch for more than 5 minutes). Arsenal v Everton is obviously the most interesting and whilst I expect Arsenal to win it is still the one most difficult to predict. The possibility of an all Sheffield tie is a good one too. The only issue is the lining up of an Arsenal v City final and the absolutely certainty that, if it happens, Arsenal will get another thrashing. Torino101
Pick a side left in the competition MrMe that you DON'T think City will hand their arses to on Finals day. There isn't one.
garcon magnifique
I fancy Martinez to do the double over them. That would be highly entertaining, especially if it meant a trophyless season for the supposedly "great" team.
m4ttm4son
Webb's face when Sterling touched him was fricking brilliant I think the way he dealt with it was pretty fair TBH At first I thought he was giving him a telling off for shouting obscenities at him, then I saw the replay

Luke
Barca showed how good they are tonight. For the first ten mins, City didn't touch the ball. It was like they were playing at home.
garcon magnifique
Shows the ridiculousness that City are being hailed by some as a "great" side. No "great" side replaces a hopeless donkey like Demichelis with a hopeless donkey like Lescott. City played about as well as could be expected tonight, and deserved to lose 2-0. Christ only knows what the score would have been against Arsenal. Or United...
Luke
Defensively, City looked average. Too much hoofing up field.
NewNiceMrMe
Kompany needs his head examining. Christ only knows what the score would have been against Arsenal. Or United... I was driving to Luton in the pre-match discussions on 5 Live. Robbie Savage was going mental over Demichelis being selected. He said he'd never be able to cope with Messi. He was spot on. Lescott is well past it now and his 'back pass' to Hart from just inside his own half was further proof of it. I thought Negredo was lucky to stay in the pitch too. He could have easily had a second yellow. Outclassed, basically.
Torino101
I was staggered at Lescotts decline watching him last night. He's a donkey. Liability on and off the ball and just so clumsey. Not sure any PL club would want bim even on a free.
Calm Chris
Well tonight's the night for Arsenal and any claims on a CL trophy. I quite fancy Arsenals chances..
m4ttm4son
If we are still within a goal, I'll be happy But this is arguably the best football side in the world, so could be looking at a two or three goal deficit this evening. I'd rather not go into the second game hoping for a miracle for the third (?) season in a row.

m4ttm4son
Tell you what, they didn't look too special did they? Deserved to win, of course after the red card, but I fancy us for a fighting game in the second leg. Need to teach Ozil how to take proper penalties. He's lost his penalty magic since he's moved. Luke
That's not all. He's head dropped after that miss and he let players drift behind him all game. Surprised Wenger kept him on. And I know Giroud has being playing away (did you see what I did there?) but not starting him? Strange one.
NewNiceMrMe
12% possession in the second half. :roflmao: 12 fecking percent. I thought you had one man sent off, not 10. :roflmao: Arsenal, you can always rely on them to feck it up and embarass the Premier League. Oh and I've just seen your £40 million acquisition take a penalty. Wahhhhhhhhh. :roflmao:
