Of all the games I've watched this season, this is the one ive been looking forward to.

So you can imagine how happy I was last night when Mrs M reminded me we are visiting her mum today, in Newcastle.

Setting off in an hour :(

I've been thinking about this. Obviously a City win means a greater risk that they'll win the title, but to be honest they did that two years ago and we all survived.

 

I really don't think the rest of the football world could survive the unique level of high pitched whining smugness that would come from the red half of Liverpool if they won it. I could actually see it threatening civilisation.

Precisely.  I would rather eat nails and chew on barbed wire for the next year.

Blatantly terrible decisions evened out at two a piece. Liverpool deserved the win but only just.

 

It's all lining up nicely. City will be out of it when Everton take points off them, which will give the Liverpool fans hope - hope that will be dashed by Maureen when he arrives at Anfield with the perfect plan and steals all three points.
