M8CKN
We did fill the ground when in the premiere league, not sure where you got that from?? Our attendances are from City fans, not corporate hospitality from Surrey (or the North east)
NewNiceMrMe
Not every match you didn't. They are, I'm afraid, a complete loss of a club when you look at the population and the fact they have achieved virtually nothing. No other City of the scale of Bradford has had such epic, umm, nothingness. Come on, admit it, you know and i know it. They've always been a laughable club when it comes to what they have managed to do with such a collosal potential fan base - absolutely zero. On the pitch and off the pitch, they're known for being a bit of a joke. Put the tragedy aside (very unfortunate and deeply saddening that it was, and you do of course have my utmost respect for the handling of that) and Bradford City are known for nothing in football. garcon magnifique
Bradford do have to cope with lots of other poorly supported teams nearby, including that one you won't mention.

I can't tell you how difficult it was not to refer to them when I was writing the previous posts. However, I didn't feel like throwing up so I resisted. Torino101
I refrain from comment, as every time I do after a win, MrMe accuses Gunners supporters of only ever coming out of the woodwork in good times. (Which I appreciate I am still doing, but you know what I mean!)

Calm Chris
Played Manchesters better team off the park. Guess someone will be along to suggest it wasn't a fantastic display from Arsenal and that Man City were simply rubbish.
NewNiceMrMe
Played Manchesters better team off the park. Guess someone will be along to suggest it wasn't a fantastic display from Arsenal and that Man City were simply rubbish. A few facts: It was a good performance from Arsenal. It was a terrible performance from City. But, a win is a win and Arsenal deserved it. Yet again the Yo-yo fans have now decided they didn't really want Arsene Wenger to leave. Again. It is like the swing of a pendulum. One week he's a criminal and your side isn't good enough, the next he's a Messiah and your side is going to conquer the world. Next week they'll change their minds again. Arsenal remain below Manchester United (and City, Southampton and Chelsea) in the league (and were beaten at The Emirates by United if I recall?). The mere fact you and Torino have decided to post about football this week, well, it is just sooooo predictable! All that keeps happening is that my old record (I know, it is) of Arsenal fans being the most fickle in the world keeps getting played because the fans keep proving it! Tipex
It must be a popular theory on Man U forums is all I can suggest, as a lifelong Arsenal fan, I've never heard any of these Arsenal fans he speaks of? In fact, exactly the opposite, most managers could only dream of the support Wenger gets from the fans. We aren't performing particularly well overall, but the fans all know why, we have no debt, we own our new stadium, there has been very little spending of money on players, yet we are still consistent in our results. Calm Chris
I'd love to know who these discontented Arsenal fans are? There's always a % of any teams fan base (remember your last manager v high numbers of Utd fans) that will want change. However that % of fans isn't amongst the Arsenal TSN massive. So although I accept your 'generalisation', I can't accept it as any form of dig at me or anyone on the TSN Arsenal fan base (so stop harping on about it)

NewNiceMrMe
Please, please, please tell me no Arsenal fan in here is seriously trying to claim Wenger hasn't taken a lot of appalling abuse over the last year. Save yourselves at least some thread of credibility. Tipex, your statement that Wenger gets a level of support most managers can only dream of is absolutely ludicrous and tells me you have about as much interest in football as Mac does. JamesB
The fans who whine the loudest don't necessarily represent the broader fan base. It's really the fault of social media.

Not really, what it tells you is that while you can fill a forum full of googled facts and figures, what you can't do is grasp a feeling among a group of people with a common passion.
