Twinspark
They haven't lost... but also haven't shown any real signs they can go on and challenge for the title. I never wanted him as manager and it'll take a lot to persuade me that he was a good choice. He has achieved sod all in his management career and doesn't particularly look like changing this right now. But even worse, he's 'played safe' when what was needed was to push on and put a game to bed.

Calm Chris
Puts last weekend into perspective... Qui? Winning against Southampton? Mid day tomorrow I expect Spurs to do a job take something from Old Trafford.
NewNiceMrMe
Puts last weekend into perspective... A draw? A last minute one. We didn't lose (like City did). I give in, go support a club deserving of you. Like the one I refuse to name. You'd suit them.
NewNiceMrMe
Puts last weekend into perspective... I'm going to stop replying to your dross now. Your constant lack of support or faith is absolutely pathetic. So you don't like the manager and you're willing him to fail. Get over it. Calm Chris
With the cloud of sack doom sitting over AVB I'd guess tomorrow might see a slightly more committed Spurs team than the one City played against last week. TS supporters should support a club through good and bad, think about poor old Liverpool, Spurs, and pre money Man City and Chelsea supporters. Decades of pain, rejection and misery and yet they still supported. Sometimes supporter passion isn't a simple measurement of back slapping when it all goes well for a team. Your overwhelming lack of any positivity suggest you supported SAF, not the team he once managed. I guess you could find his home address and stand outside the house every Saturday and become the first manager supporter.
Tipex
You lot don't half spout some bollôx. This is why I don't engage in football talk, because even the most intelligent 'fans' manage to reduce themselves to gibbering idiots when talking about their or other teams. TS doesn't like the manager of his team, what's the problem with that? You can support something without liking every aspect of it, you might not agree with him, but that doesn't give you the right to question his support.
NewNiceMrMe
You've missed the point. Garcon rightly said he's stayed silent throughout an undefeated run. He even tried pouring pessimism on a 0-5 win in Germany mid-week that guaranteed the club Champions League progression. The club haven't lost in 2 months. They are unbeaten in 11 matches, of which they've won 7. But he's not happy. He is willing Moyes to fail and that is willing the club to fail. You're not a supporter of football Tipex, and it shows (no offence intended).
Twinspark
Chris - Moyes was always wrong for the job. 10 years of doing a solid job with poor resources doesn't mean you're qualified to manage a top club - in fact, his tactical upbringing of managing on a shoestring means his footballing methods / tactics generally aren't compatible with a club with title winning aspirations. He's given 3 good halves of football this season - all of which came against Leverkusen. I have always supported United and will always support United... but I firmly believe that the long term future of the club relies on admitting Moyes was a mistake and moving him on before he turns the club into a Souness / Evans era Liverpool. To win the title, you have to win games like Cardiff away. The 'tough place to go' doesn't wash when you're league champions. Anyway, the title has all but been put out of United's reach this season - and anything less than a win tomorrow really will consign United to fighting for the last ECL place. garcon magnifique
I only know one football fan who agrees with TS that the appointment of Moyes is akin to the demise of Liverpool under Souness. And he's a Liverpool fan who thinks Brendan Rodgers is a disaster. Every club has its fruitcake fans. Every fan has a right to be critical, of his team, of players, of management appointments, and the internet has given a voice to those fans like never before. However, you have fallen into the same trap as so many others, thousands of internet trolls across the land. You have crossed the line from criticism into willing Moyes (and therefore United) to fail in order to prove you right. That is unforgiveable. Milo
You all need to take a leaf out of mine and S_K's book. We sit back and absorb all your cruel jibes, in the full knowledge that our day will come. I fully expect us to top the league by January, and add the World Cup to the premier league title later next year.
Tipex
You're not a supporter of football Tipex, and it shows (no offence intended). All that shows is that you are a poor judge of character, but to be fair, this is the internet, and you've never met me. Granted I'm not your 'average' fan, and if i'm honest, I look down on 99% of other football fans, and you know why? Because I'm not interested in the frankly pointless, bigoted, stupid conversations that most football related conversations comprise of. Everyone thinks they are a football expert, yet none are expert enough to be employed in or by the game, I enjoy football and I'd wager I go to more games than 99% of the 'fans' on here, I support Arsenal, but I don't hate any other team, what is the point of that? People say things like 'Team that shall not be named' and other such lines, seriously? from an adult? that's why I never talk about football, if a customer asks, I just tell them I don't follow it, because it's easier than listening to the inane ramblings of some armchair expert, or the lager fueled abuse from a spotty teenager that's a wannabe hooligan, despite never having actually been to a real game. I'll say it again, you either get football or you don't. You don't. You say I'm a poor judge of character, yet you can't see football banter and class it all as serious or inane ramblings? Say what you want, you claim to follow football. You could have fooled me for the last few years on here. I don't buy it Tipex, not for a second.
