Beat Arsenal

Drew at home to Chelsea

Lost to Liverpool

Lost to City

Lost to Everton

Lost to Spurs.

That Utd against the teams above them. Ferguson was a clever manager and he jumped ship at the right time. No midfield, relying on an 18 year old diver ffs. Ageing defence at the end if their career, Evra, Vidic, Rio with the back up not up to scratch.

I don't buy that at all. It's merely the excuse a lot of blinkered United fans have used to explain the current predicament - so I'm surprised any rival fans are agreeing with it.

The big difference is that Moyes can't fire up the players like SAF did. Arguably, he couldn't do it at Everton, either - evidence of this is looking at his results against the 'big' clubs when he was there.

I'm really worried now - we have to go away to Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton and have City and Liverpool at home. Nothing suggests to me that we can get anything out of those games.

Top 4 is gone. Top 5 is marginal. I knew we'd struggle this season, but could never envisage Moyes would be so poor.

I will keep coming back to him letting all the back room staff go - SAF did very little work on the training ground, he left that to his team. Moyes is more hands on, but seems to be lacking that something the old team could produce.

Leighton fecking Baines. Alongside that useless freak Sideshow Bob.

They're desperation from a clueless manager with absolutely sod all imagination.

I can see a real nightmare unfolding, too - OGS looks like he'll be Cardiff manager just in time for them to visit Old Trafford. There's an upset waiting to happen.

That's a very good point. Having lost SAF and the chief exec the last thing that should have been done was sack the entire back room staff. Even the bloody kit man got the boot!

It has just been a catalogue of mistakes from start to finish.

I don't know why SAF was so keen on Moyes to begin with - and I'm not sure it was ever prudent to let him take that decision anyway.

Not sure what happened with Meulenstein - but it appears he was offered a lesser role and walked away, whilst the rest of the support staff were fired and replaced with Evertonian mediocrity.

Then there are his signings and targets - Sideshow Bob and Baines are not, and never will be, the answer for a side challenging for the title.

I worry about his complete lack of imagination in both tactics and transfer targets.

That's because Lennon was shoving his tongue up Howard Webbs arse most of the time.

Let the City fan keep wishing the worst on United.  It is entertaining.

Let the fan of the club that shall not be named (he's not a Manchester United fan) keep denying it.

And if you watched MOTD you'll know you got away with murder.

Januzaj didn't dive and was completely taken out as the cameras show.

Young - stonewall penalty.

Welbeck - enough contact from the keeper with a player going at speed, no dive, penalty.

Shocking performance only made worse by people claiming diving tactics.  I know where it has come from now.  Owen and Fletcher doing the commentary on BT Sport apparently - one of the reasons I cancelled my subscription last week.  BT Sport became the first channel I have ever cancelled.

Didi Hamann on MOTD says "blatant penalty" on the Young challenge and "possible Lloris sending off too".

Robbie Fowler says "blatant free kick for United" on the Januzaj challenge and "lots of poor decisions from Webb and I can see why David is so upset".

People that aren't Spurs and City fans can see what really happened.  We were completely robbed by an appalling performance from Webb.
