NewNiceMrMe
Kagawa was shocking mid-week. He had a good 20 minutes today from what I heard on the Radio, nothing more. Did you hear how outstanding WBA were as well, or did that escape your ears? It's not a good result but the players are to blame, not the manager.
Twinspark
The only reason WBA can be 'outstanding' at Old Trafford is because the United team let them be outstanding. We now have a very big problem on our hands - he seems unable to motivate the players, his selections are getting the backs up of the supporters and the results are worse than in any season since 1989. His tenure will end in disaster - and I really struggle to see who would come to bail us out now, when the inevitable happens.
Luke
Looks like some of the players are worried.

TwinSpark, you really could make a crisis out of a drama!! You want to support Spurs for 41 years and see what it's like. Get a life.
Twinspark
Luke - I've seen what it's like. My first memories of United were of a 2nd division side. And the days of Big Ron. The danger is finishing outside of the top 4 - as I'm not sure the Glazers have the money to recover from that.

Cuprabob
I like to remain neutral on football matters but I did hear that Moyes has been on the phone to Ben Ainslie and the word "comeback" was used extensively.
Milo
I'm with MrMe. All Man U need to buy in January are a couple of good refs, some linesmen and some 98th minutes. They'll be fine.
Luke
We now have the following fixtures (League): H - WBA A - Sunderland H - Southampton H - Stoke A - Fulham H - Arsenal A - Cardiff A - Spurs H - Everton H - Newcastle I think we'll be in the top 3 after those and fully expect no more than 3-4 dropped points. I think there are 9 wins out off 10 there. Not so sure on the points dropped, Chris.

"very big problem on our hands" - Nonsense "unable to motivate the players" - To play for millions? "is selections are getting the backs up of the supporters" - He's the manager "results are worse than in any season since 1989" - tell me how long Ferguson had been in charge for then? "His tenure will end in disaster" - Why am I not surprised you think that? I'm leaving it at that. It isn't worth trying to have a proper football conversation with you. You're a fan of success with unrealistic expectations who the club doesn't need. As I said, go be a fan of Chelsea. Be a fan of anyone but United. Please. Luke
Great result for the Gooners. Two North London clubs at the top of the table, makes a refreshing change. It may not last but it's good for the league. Did anyone else see Torres do his nasty schoolboy face scrape? Cock.
Torino101
For the first time in a very very long time it's vaguely nice to be an Arsenal supporter. But also wonderful to see ManU languishing in mid table. Not to vex MrMe but purely as a lifelong loather of the red nosed one. Arrogant "£*% that he was...

M8CKN
As a fan of a team who spent 2 years in the premiership, then were relegated 3 times in 7 seasons I know the highs and lows of being a football fan. The difference with Utd is they have the players, money, support and tallent to get past this very minor blip in their form...we were nowhere near good enough to be up there. I cant imagine the pressure and expectation that is heaped on Moyes by the fans and board. I dont think it will end well with Moyes, but I believe it would more likely to be him walking than being sacked, siting "doing what is best for the club" as his reasons as he doesnt want to be the one to ruin the work done in the last 25 years. I dont think relegation will be an issue. As a total Premiership neutral, I think this will be the most open and interesting season for a very long time...and My Mrs is happy due to Sunderlands position Edited September 29, 2013 by M8CKN
cruiser647
The same thing happening to Man U is basically the same thing that Liverpool suffered from once Bob Paisley died. A succession of managers could not recreate the 'glory days' of yore. When one finally appeared and gave them the Euro cup, they still got rid of him! Move on, give time and if anything, the board should see that time is what is needed. Moyes has a lot of work to do to bring 'his style' of play to the Utd team that all bar one, has the SAF way ingrained.
garcon magnifique
Moyes has spent 11 years trying to get Everton above United. Well done David, you finally achieved it.
billy2shots
I said in another thread I would love an open league this season. Yes, I'm not happy that city have lost a couple of games at this early stage. However I stand by what I said and am really enjoying this season so far. garcon magnifique
It'll probably settle down to the usual suspects, but I agree it'd be great if it stayed this open. Maybe it's the influence of this year's new tv deal - teams have been spending the extra money they're going to get this season and it means there are genuine class players all the way down the league. If the top four were complacent, I'm sure they're beginning to wake up now.
Luke
Watched Real Madrid derby game against Athletico last night and Madris were played off the pitch. Bale was a sub but came on at half time. Ronaldo and Bale they had no influence on the game at all. The money we got for him was unbeliavebale really.
