NewNiceMrMe
Joey Barton has tweeted that he has a lot of time for Pardew. Taught him everything he knows.
cruiser647
Pardew seems, sorry does have an angry streak in there. It's starting to rear it's ugly head recently. And this was when he was winning!

Luke
Clean sheet too. Their keeper looks back on form. They could get close.
Waylander
Someone needs to nobble chelski. A few tricky matches coming up so we are great fun to watch (i think all next 7 matches on sky)

Luke
I sent my Gooner Brother a text earlier asking him if he'd got his wood burner on. I was hoping he'd say yes so that I could tell him it may need a Stoke. He guessed and his reply to the first text was simply 'Fück Off'. Beautiful. NewNiceMrMe
Yup, and you're going away with zero points. If United get anything less than a win, I think Moyes will get sacked. I think the board are on the edge of it now. I've even heard that SAF has his doubts now. I still think the guy should be given 2 years minimum, but the Olympiakos game was truly shocking. Like nothing I've ever seen from the team in Europe.
M8CKN
I'd have my cash on Liverpool all day on recent form.
Luke
It looks like the players are in fighting at Utd. VP even said he was getting stick from some players. I honestly don't think it's a happy camp.
Twinspark
United really do need to win that - otherwise the nightmare of Liverpool winning the title the year after SAF retired will come true. We'd never hear the last of it.
Luke
TS, is Moyes the man for the job long term?
NewNiceMrMe
The press have hyped up everything and anything to do with RVP though. Most of it is utter rubbish. I happen to think United will sell at the end of the season anyway. His injuries are resurfacing and 10/11 games without him has cost us dearly. The club will go out and splash £40-50m on a striker in the summer.

We'd never hear the last of it. That won't happen though (Liverpool winning the title), we both know that and hopefully agree on that point. Liverpool have a lot of tough matches coming as Waylander has said and I think their position in the league hides that well at the moment.
NewNiceMrMe
He was never the right man for the job. Please, no. Let's not go there again. We know your thoughts and my thoughts on the position. Do we need to bore everyone to death on it again? I think he was. You think he wasn't. Can't we leave it at that?
Twinspark
I've been saying Liverpool are in a false position all season. Yet all season, they've clung on in there. Only needs some jitters from Chelsea and City to let them in for the title.

Waylander
Frankly I don't give a fig. CL was the aim for this season and yet but for the rub of the green in a couple of games we'd be top now/still so it isn't really all that false. A team with a defense as sporadic as ours don't win titles though. We play both City and Chelsea at home yet too (although I don't see us beating Chelsea sadly)
NewNiceMrMe
Moyes looks like he's ageing after every game. Not sure what the answer is. Do the board trust him to spend a load of money? £38m on Mata would suggest yes. The club will, without any doubt whatsoever, give the manager £120-150 million minimum this summer. It could be more. It just depends if the players he wants are available, but make no mistake they will be one of the biggest spenders in the world come next transfer market.
