Twinspark
I think we should concentrate on the important news.... Droylsden have been relegated. That have no wins, lots of losses and only 3 draws so far this season, with a GD of -112 so far. They are back where they were 25 years ago, which is a tragedy. I think United have issues... But it's nothing compared with a dodgy, egotistical chairman who won't step down as self appointed manager, despite the current season's results. garcon magnifique
Dave Pace. What a colossal ****. Talking of great footballing ups and downs, Leamington played Stockport County in the league this weekend. A decade ago they were something like 9 divisions apart.
Luke
Did anyone watch the Madrid derby last night? That was an eduction in cheating. The very highest level of unsportsmanlike behaviour. Vertonghen would have to go around with an L plate on his shirt to warn others he was only a novice. One Of the coaches of Athletico tried to start a fight with the ref! He is the one who said he'd cut of JM head!
Waylander
I think Suarez is moving on this summer. He must be as we are allegedly in for Vertonghen which must be to fill the token cheating scumbag role.
NewNiceMrMe
Agreed. Suarez is gone, but that's nothing new. The Madrid derby is always the same. It was Burgos who got in the face of the referee. He's an Argentine with a notoriously bad temper. If Simeone hadn't restrained him in time then I've no doubt he'd have floored the official. There was so much resting on the result for Athletic Madrid that I think he just completely lost it. Both sides were guilty of all manner of cheating and I think it was a fair result. However, the league there is so tight it could still be anyones title. Madrid play Barca soon - that is the decider in my opinion. If Madrid win or draw, the title is theirs (not mathematically, but to all intent and purposes they'd have to throw it away). NewNiceMrMe
BBC saying that "a leading FA figure" considers the Pardew incident much more serious than that which earned Paul Ince a 5 match Stadium ban. So, probably a 'rest of season' (10 matches) Stadium ban for Pardew? Wonder how the Toon Circus Ringmaster, Mr Ashley, would react to that? p.s. he'd be the first Premier League manager ever hit with a Stadium ban, so at least he could lay claim to achieving something.
