Waylander
I want to know what Maureen ran over to say to Torres "You're turn now you useless sh*t"?
garcon magnifique
I suspect it was "you're now a right back, cross the half way line and I'll break your legs"...
Waylander
I confess I was hoping Chelsea would win - just as I think and hope ManU will tomorrow. NOT (just) because I want to see them get tonked in the next round Or the thought of a ManU v Chelsea Final sounds perversely appeal OR eve that having both legs of the semi around the Chelsea-Liverpool match might deflect their attention somewhat.... NewNiceMrMe
We will get battered tonight. I am under no illusion. I would say 3-1 defeat for us tonight would be better than I expect. If he doesn't play Fellaini, we have a chance. He clearly hasn't read that the German press were so appalled at how bad a player he is that for the first time in a decade they gave him NIL out of 10 for his match performance. The next lowest was Ashley Young, who didn't play the full game, with 5.4.However, if Welbeck doesn't fluff every chance he gets this time, we might pull off the entirely unexpected. Might. Or, when translated into reality - probably won't. p.s. the odds on Rooney being kicked on the toe within the first 5 minutes aren't very good. I think it is what you call a dead-cert. The Germans will target that injury and then go to town on us when he needs to come off. Edited April 9, 2014 by NewNiceMrMe
NewNiceMrMe
Oh my god! He's only gone and done it! He's dropped Fellaini and brought Fletcher in! He's been listening to me. Top bloke.

NewNiceMrMe
This ref is shocking. How was that not a foul on Evra? We're going to get nothing off him tonight.
NewNiceMrMe
Excellent performance so far though. Whatever happens, Moyes has shown he knows how to set a team up against the best in Europe. We are going to need young Adnan on to score though.
Twinspark
Half way there, with Bayern dominating possession, but not creating chances. It's there for the taking. A moment of genius from one of the forwards, and we're there... If they win this, the trophy is definitely winnable. But it would be a brave man who bet against Maureen. NewNiceMrMe
You say that but the signs are there of them coming back. Best away record in the league and they'll be back at the top next season.

Calm Chris
Nah, just a small bit of fruit on a cake that would otherwise be empty. The odd mix is still on Utd winning the CL and fecking up three or four teams that will end up chasing 4th

Twinspark
And... typical of Moyes this season, he's turned a win into defeat. I was foolish to think we could manage to actually win a big game.

Twinspark
Wrong subs, too late. Pep made a change and changed the game. Moyes stood clueless on the touchline. His biggest crime - persevering with Rooney even though it's obvious he's not fit. Let's not forget that City won away in Germany and Arsenal got a draw.
