Andrew
That clapping and mass masturbation each time anyone says anything is a bit annoying. The iWatch demo - is it being done by someone deliberately chosen to look a bit like SJ?
Tipex
I can't be arsed to trawl through it all, it's mostly about the watch anyway, can anyone tell me what the iPhone six brings to the market? I gather it will have the (currently mostly useless) NFC thingy in it, which as someone else said, may spur it on to actually have a use.
Arch
With all those watch sensors, how long till the iMasturb8 app?
CarMad
The 5.5 seems to be huge, thats silly big for a phone. Will get a 4.7 I think its been I while since I change, time to treat myself.
billy2shots
Had my Iphone 5 for a couple of years but 2 weeks into the contract I dropped it and split the screen. I am still using it but it's not pretty and is held together with sticky plastic screen protectors. Been holding off for the ip6 so I could buy the unlocked phone, carry on with the last 2 months of my current plan then get a sim only deal. Good old Apple though. CarMad
Good old Apple though. 'Current nano sims not comparable with iphone 6' I thought it said not compatible with current micro sim, not Nano. Its the same message on the specs page for all 5,5c etc. phones. Tipex
My 4s uses a micro sim, I think, is that correct? So i'll need to get a nano sim for my 6 when it arrives?
CarMad
Correct, its smaller and thinner I believe, its 'possible' to mod the sim you have.
shao_khan
I cant see me upgrading to be honest - maybe to a 5s, but my old Nokia (925) is a 4.5" phone and the iPhone and my newer Nokia (635) are both far easier to use every day, the slightly bigger footprint means I cant operate the phone with one hand as I can either of the other phones. And this is a shame as I like the smaller handsets, I can do everything I need without having a big screen.
Andy_Bangle
Correct, its smaller and thinner I believe, its 'possible' to mod the sim you have. Thickness isn't a problem (fnarr). I've trimmed a few burner SIM cards to fit my 5, just need some sharp scissors. Your phone co will send you a small SIM if you ask
CarMad
Fair enough I though I'd read it was a little thinner and some sandpaper was sometimes required. Not got one yet though, will get a 6 as I'm moving from a 4s. I think the 6+ looks huge far to big for me the 6 will be more than enough for me, said the actress to the..... Andy_Bangle
With a little help it will slip in, and more importantly slide out again, when its ready to be discarded for the next one.

billy2shots
Thanks CarMad, just been rereading and your right. It states micro and not nano. So my current nano sim from iphone 5 should be gravy?
bells0
Why, why, why on 16gig and no 32 gig?!!! The extra £80 is possibly a step too far for me. 16tg will be full really quickly with newer apps and HD video. Feckers. Do i try Windows 8.1....... Chick
You'll get annoyed with windows Bells0, it's good enough but there are just little things that will start to annoy you, the iphone is just overall a better package (imo) I'm not gonna go for the first batch this time, like I did for the 5 as I had a faulty one and was a pita due to lack of supplies to sort out, so will wait until the stampede dies down and then decide what I'm getting ... might even be able to get in the apple store by then
Andy_Bangle
Agreed, 16GB is a joke. Apple have been flooding the low end of the market with 8GB phones recently, once owners have upgraded to iOS 8 there's going to be little room for much else. bells0
The more i wait, the less i will get for my iP5, but i can't justify the cost of the 64gig right now!

S3Bangs
Am I the only one in thinking. Christ, it's a phone! How much? Up to £750 for some proposed models..Wow! I can afford to buy one outright easily but the prices still seem to make my eyes water. I could buy an acre of land in Mongolia for that
Chick
but you'd have no phone signal in Mongolia
bazza_g
I think the 6+ looks huge far to big for me the 6 will be more than enough for me, said the actress to the..... Looking at the sizes the Plus is virtually the same size as the Galaxy Note 'phablet' so that started me thinking about getting the 4,7" iphone 6 instead of the 5.5" screen Plus. Then I started thinking about what is important to me and its mainly the battery life - although the A8 processor is 50% more power efficient the standby, browsing times of the normal 6 are only slightly better than the 5S - the big improvements come with the 6 Plus as it has a physically bigger battery. Reckon I'll be ordering a 64gb or 128gb iPhone 6 Plus on the 12th - the big decision for me is to stay with O2 or move to EE....
patently
move to EE.... Noooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bazza_g
Noooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really? They seem to be outperforming O2 and Voda by a country mile so far... especially if you consider their 4G coverage.
CarMad
I can easily see why the extra battery life is a help I thought the same. But coming from a 4s, the 5 and 5s are both already better so I'm sure the 6 will be more than good enough. Also much of the time if the phone itself was quicker and back in my pocket faster then I'm sure the overall jump in battery life will be more than good enough for me. I wonder if they will make iPhone 6+ compatible jeans soon?
