Booster
I have five members of staff that need the ability to create PDFs infrequently. The usage doesn't warrant the monthly cost that Adobe want. Is there an alternative? I have seem loads of sites that claim to do the same for free but I am very reluctant to download unknown products. Tia.

E-bmw
I have used none of the above, but don't know how they work, but I have used PDF995 at home for years, it just works as a printer. You write the doc as usual in xl/word/etc & then hit print & select PDF printer & it opens a separate window with a PDF copy which you can do as you want with. cruiser647
We use PDFCreator. Not sure of the expense though, but obviously much less than Acrobat.
NewNiceMrMe
PDF995, CutePDF (as mentioned above), both products i've used in the long distant past and both of which did an entirely reliable job.
