bazza_g
iTunes has been doings its best to drive me round the twist. Everything is up to date, iTunes and the iPhone - I use iTunes Match and that completed its last check of the music library and synced over night. The new music is the DJ Aphrodite mixes shown in the pic below, this music will play from my iTunes library. Now where I try and add music to my phone - either by selecting it by album in the 'music' tab (I have selected sync only checked music/videos) or by dragging the album in to my iPhone on the left side bar it shows the tracks as greyed out with a dotted circle next to them - any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've tried unchecking the 'sync music' to take everything off the iphone and then re-syncing again but still it refuses. Also when selecting the album (in music, sync only checked music screen) and deselecting - the space used bar at the bottom doesn't change...) Its driving me up the freaking wall.... Arch
Got this issue on wifeys phone. Bought 9 tracks from iTunes. Initially no issue, synced to phone fine. Now, through no reason known to man, it will not play two of those tracks, it just skips them. Try to resync, download from 'the Cloud', delete the ****ers and start over, they will not play. Sorry its no help, but at least you're not alone. :D
patently
If I tick the boxes next to some videos in iTunes to transfer them to the phone, it always then immediately transfers some videos. What I'd like is some way to correlate the ones that I tick and the ones that it transfers. Ideally, they would be the same ones, but frankly any kind of relationship would be a start that I could work from
bazza_g
For me, iTunes is the one bit of Apple 'stuff' that just doesn't work - its truly horrible compared to everything else they produce hardware or software.... Genius bar appointment Friday lunchtime, just what I didn't need....
