TP27
I actually think he can based on how he's playing at this moment in time. The fittest man will win - the commitment is 110% !!

TP27
Thrown the 3rd set though The writing is on the wall now - game almost over, Murray all but spent....
NewNiceMrMe
Doomed now. I wouldn't say he threw the 3rd set. Djokovic simply played better. Crushingly physical game.
NewNiceMrMe
Capitulation of a quite epic level. Embarrassing, being blunt.
TP27
Capitulation of a quite epic level. Embarrassing, being blunt. That is harsh on every level - to compete at a Grand Slam final is something else - well beaten in the end, I give you that.

I agree that it is a hell of an achievement to compete in a Grand Slam final. However, that was complete capitulation and it isn't being harsh. 6-0 in the final set is hugely embarrassing. He'd say that himself too.
cruiser647
Don't forget, Stan Warw............... lost his final set 6-0 in the semi-final. Those first 2 tie breaks for the first 2 sets done. If he'd got the first???................... blah blah blah... Is Wimbledon his next realistic hope, as the French Open is just for Nadal - even now, when he's not at his best, he'll get to the semi-finals! Torino101
If he plays Warinka then possibly, I'd even say he might be slight favourite. Against the more likely opponent Djok, then no.... As I said...
