Any recommendation for tyres...?

Following all of the recent issues I did at least receive some good news in that the guy doing the car phoned me and told me that I didn't require the steering column unit that he said was needed which was priced at just under £700......very handy.

However he did recommend I get two new tyres for the back as they are pretty well near the mark.

One website was recommending Bridgestone....and another was also saying that Kumho were ok.

I'm only doing around 5-6000 a year at the moment so I'm thinking of going for the dearer one at £164,50 inc VAT and fitting whereas the Kumho was around £140.

Any advice as to whether I should avoid either.....??

Although I have heard of Kumho, I doubt I'd use them.

Michelin's will last and last.

Continental 5 are great

And I also actually rate the Dunlop Sport.

Bridgestone Potenzas or Turanzas are good.

Goodyear - nah.

However, I run 19"s on mine - 245 40 19.

Replaced axle by axle with hardly any front/rear swapping as I can't be arsed!
