Whilst out today I had an automated email from my DDNS supplier saying they couldn't reach my device. And another and another.

 

When I got home I found my Superhub stuck in a reboot loop as it was failing to connect.

 

A call to the helpline and it was answered within the 5 mins that they'd advised was the expected waiting time.

 

The guy didn't ask me to plug up with a LAN cable like the normally do!

 

He did some fiddling/sent some reset signals etc and the problem was resolved.

 

Start to finish it was 10 mins! 

 

Fingers crossed it lasts!

I've founds them to be great, not a single bad word against them, it was even a good experience to regenerate my contract and get a few things thrown in for free. 

 

I'm a convert and I can't see me ever going back to sky / BT broadband.

I've found them to be okay.  Not brilliant.  Not dire.  Just middle, average, alright, blah.

 

Reliability has been good but I despise the prospect of calling them on the occasions it hasn't been.  They are a nightmare in support as far as I'm concerned.

 

On a 150mb cable connection I have given in trying to get more than 80-90mb regularly.  It is a hopeless waste of my time and energy.
