cabby Posted October 14, 2015 Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 Was setup last week and all worked fine. Now all I get is a blank, black screen and cannot see my desktop. cabby Posted October 14, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 14, 2015 Thanks - will try the updated app. Using machine name (format of mymachinename01.company.com) and don't believe this has changed - will check with our IT guys if I can use and IP address instead.
