Yep, they have to pair the card with the car as there's no code to use. From what I've learned, £170/200 charge is not uncommon and they may even rufuse. The (company) car is due for renewal in April so we'll wait and spec the next one with Audi SD or even the MMDI nav. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I did that to get a new key coded, bought the fob and blank blade off eBay, had it cut at Timpsons, took it to Ford and told them it'd stopped working, they re-coded it to the car under warranty.
