patently
I won't miss you on the road if I see you! I think everyone on TSN will be looking out for it! Let me know when you're heading through Beaconsfield in it, Sam
Woppum
Well it will be seen a lot in London. I have spa booked second week of April so will need to be my daily run around as I need 1800 miles on it before I can take it on track!
JonC
I work in central and live close by, so I fully expect to see the orange devil soon enough
Tipex
I saw something that reminded me of this today. This "designer" you've employed to tell you what you like, where did he get his inspiration for orange with black decals? On an entirely unrelated note, I'll just leave these here- Edited January 24, 2016 by Tipex
garcon magnifique
That's not orange, it's "Satay Pork".

The designer is not employed to tell me what I like at all. The designers role is to translate my vision to cad, then scale, then help implliment the best way. In the flesh, the Orange on the MG is pretty much what I imagine yours looks like from seeing the pictures, I suspect in reality, if you parked them next to each other, they'd look quite different. Busby
The car is called Wopsy as the plate is W10PSY. I thought if it all went Pete tong it would be a little ironic... Anyway some pics: Is that the final design? So, all it needs now is to be completely stripped down and painted again Looks fantastic and will probably end up on YouTube as much as the
Woppum
Yup now needs to be stripped back and painted again. Just need to approve the new metallic black and silver painted on a Worrange bonnet before they can start. They are driving it up for approval at my office
Torino101
Can't even begin to think what the labour costs for this are, from Porsche mechanics....
shao_khan
Lovely sapphire blue macan in one of those shots I actually think it could look a bit dodgy on the road, so to help you out I'm willing to drive it around and gauge response to save you the effort, if it's at all negative then I'll drive it around some more until people get used to it, just st to help you out of course, nothing to do with being a stunning orange car. garcon magnifique
We put a sticker that said that on the back of my mate's 924 Twbo after it had been resprayed orange. The PCGB Motorsport Director asked us to remove it because it was "unsuitably uncouth" and didn't fit with their "prestige image". He wasn't overly keen on the orange paint job either. I suspect he might be more accommodating to a Worrange GT3 RSR in the Porsche Cup.

NewNiceMrMe
I do believe those are the nicest wheels I have ever seen - and your Porsche is rapidly moving above the Gemballa 911 Avalanche in bright orange in my list of "Awesome Cars I Want Badly Enough To Kill For". Calm Chris
It looks fantastic, Christ knows how good that's going to look when it's ready. I was a bit not sure of the diamond cut on the wheels, but they are the cherry on top. They accentuate the depth of the wheel dishes very nicely. Will they be chucking a 3m film on the lower areas or do you just factor in stone chip work as a now and then item?
max_b
Under 2 weeks and counting Wopps, are Porsche making any special arrangements for your collection day? Or have any of the on line outlets who have picked up details on the build offered coverage?

Will they be chucking a 3m film on the lower areas or do you just factor in stone chip work as a now and then item? Everything will be wrapped. Over the next two weeks you will see the extent of the work. I made a bit of a big decision last week and I'm waiting for the revised bill for it. In any case here are today's pics, no stickers on these parts!

I'm sure my main man at guildford will want to pop along, my designer will come with me and maybe a few friends and everyone who has been involved in the project will all be signing the car under the bonnet!
