Andy_Bangle
An Adrian Newey designed Aston Martin supercar does sound like one exotic and expensive beast. All it means for RBR is a free AM sticker

Busby
So, who is enjoying the new elimination process? Personally I don't like it but it will make the first few laps interesting having the likes of Bottas and Kyvat in the lower places
Andy_Bangle
Well, it appears to be a cluster**** - Horner isn't happy. All very messy and uncompetitive. Lewis gets his 50th pole Australian GP Grid: 1 Hamilton; 2 Rosberg; 3 Vettel; 4 Raikkonen; 5 Verstappen; 6 Massa; 7 Sainz; 8 Ricicardo; 9 Perez; 10 Hulkenberg

Andy_Bangle
F1 teams agree to ditch elimination qualifying with immediate effect I think Bernie called it 'crap'. His first message was to ask about Alonso.

CarMad
Not a bad race and that was a big accident. As others have mentioned the halo would have been terrible in that crash and made it far harder for him to get out. The fact it looks feck ugly isn't great either but is it really going to help with many of the accidents, some but not all and will make others worse, more thinking to be be done. Halo wouldn't have been a problem, he didn't need to get out quickly, no fire or anything, he said himself he only got out so his mum would know he was ok! Can't say I like Halo, but then I'm not driving.
