How have they managed that?

The inner fronts both have negative camber, left outer front positive & right outer front positive, then both left rears have negative & the right rears are inner negative & outer positive!

This wasn't a bodge up done by scrapheap challenge was it?

More fuel for the conspiracy fires! There are a lot of Mercedes engines on that grid and Lewis' seem to go pop more often than anyone else... a lot more...

Only just spotted this, interesting article on BBC about life as a team techie on the F1 circus from good old Kenny H.   +++

Apparently you're not supposed to get bad luck when you're #blessed. Or something.

He needs to man the **** up and accept he's losing the championship because his head's been up his arse half the season.

Oh come on, you don't really think that, do you? :roflmao:

The stats don't lie in respect of technical failures and I think you'd admit that you know he'd be World Champion again by now if Rosberg had had the same number of issues.

Maybe the reason he is the only one of eight drivers to have had Merc engine failures has something to do with his driving style?

It's either that or pure coincidence. For him to make veiled suggestions of anything else, even in the heat of the moment after the race, proves how far his head has been up his arse all season. He disagreed with Merc moving engineers around between his and Nico's side of the garage and has taken every chance to use that as an excuse.

He's a better driver than Nico. If he had been professional all season and given 100% of his mental commitment to the job at hand in every race, he'd still be winning the championship despite the engine problems.

I don't think the driving style can impact the reliability of these engines however he did go through a similar phase at McLaren, where all the failures fell on his side of the garage. I remember driving style being mooted at that time too.

It makes the races and the season a bit more interesting. I still think he'll win this year's WDC but won't shed a tear if Nico's name ends up on the trophy.
