patently
That looks fab it will be great and plenty of fun to drive around. I just need the price of a Macan to fall through the floor and I'd be happy to get one, but I can't see that happening anytime soon. CarMad
That's a bit different to a Cayman. Stick with the two seater fun to begin with and get her arm twisted further up! That would be the daily driver the Cayman separate. Being married to an intelligent not car caring wife sometimes has its drawbacks.
NewNiceMrMe
Being married to an intelligent not car caring wife sometimes has its drawbacks. Errrrr, how to insult the wives, girlfriends and partners of every other TSN member in a millisecond? :roflmao: CarMad, read it back. Go on.

Tipex
Tipex's passenger said he doesn't like his. I'll be off now. Some of us don't lead the sheltered lives you lot seem to, I've been out there, seen the world!

garcon magnifique
The probably with wives who like cars is that it's harder to pull the wool over their eyes. I imagine.
Tipex
Mrs T doesn't really care what I buy so long as I keep her in flowers and fluffy kittens and other such things women like.
CarMad
I missed the accountant bit thats what I meant to say I think. Every bloody thing has to be justified as if I'm submitting a bloody budget; I love her to bits but oh my is it frustrating at times. Regardless of what I can afford I just get "I don't see why you need another car you can old drive one at a time...etc"

Cameo
Very nice But won't the racing season be all but over by the time it arrives??? Being married to an intelligent not car caring wife sometimes has its drawbacks. It's great when they do take an interest in the car though. I was going to buy a Cayman but when the Mrs heard it only had two seats she went off on one and accused me of being selfish. I then mentioned that a 911 had room for the kids and she calmed down... I really don't think she knew (knows!) how much more they cost

E-bmw
OK, Mr P I'm lost. Where exactly does a Disco fit into a prestige car business?
Tipex
How long since you sat in a Discovery? My brother had a Disco 1 many years ago, it was very agricultural, the current Disco is not remotely agricultural.
NewNiceMrMe
OK, Mr P I'm lost. Where exactly does a Disco fit into a prestige car business? The Land Rover Discovery in the year and form patently had his is definitely a prestige car. I don't see how a Land Rover model costing £45-£65k when new can be anything else.
