Not sure if it is coincidence but the most recent update to my 6+ has left the touchscreen on the fritz - either completely unresponsive needing a 'screen off and unlock again' or its getting multiple touch inputs and the screen goes nuts. Either that or Apple are irritated that I've not upgraded to a 6S+.....?

I said my 4S had no issues. What I should have said is nothing's gone wrong .... but I've got no new features either. No night shift etc.

To be honest I'm surprised the 4S is still getting updates. Not sure how long I'll have mine. It looks like work are swapping them out for Samsungs.

Slide the quick access panel up and you should find a new setting for night shift.

To be honest I'm not heart broken over that. I have my phone set so a triple push puts it into negative display which works well in the middle of the night.

A colleague at work wears special tinted specs when he is surfing in bed or late at night to reduce the effects of the white light before this came out; he said it make s a big difference for him.

I think it helps and certainly isn't a hindrance so I've left it on mine.

Tell your colleague he'll find it works even better if he takes his specs off, puts the phone/iPad down and doesn't surf late at night, stops watching pron, and goes to sleep.

That's generally my preference, but on the rare occasions when I do look at it late at night, I find it does wake me up. I'll have to see if night shift makes it any better.

It wakes you up?  So you watch it when you're asleep?  You racing drivers are bloody clever!
