Hi just finished pulling the starter motor after putting a jumper on it with the jumper cable on the starter motor all it did was spin and didn't crank the engine pulled the starter motor and try it again the starter motor spin but the gear that caches the flywheel doesn't come out at all the shaft in the starter motor that has the gear on it is lose I mean I can move it around in a circular movement is it supposed to be able to do that the shaft is marked with a red cord

I all so tryed  push start the car but it didn't crank on the push using 1st 2nd and 3rd gears I have a diagnosis scanner and plugged it in to car and I got code 01176-135 in the immobilizer is there anyway to fix this and would this stop the car from starting from a push or pull

Sounds like you may have had the leads on the motor rather than the solenoid.

It can't not crank when you push it in gear as the fact that it is in gear and you are pushing it is actually turning (ie. cranking) the engine over.

If there is an immobiliser and it is faulty/activated then yes, that will stop the car from starting.
