Defend-all Paint Protection

A chap I know quite well (Russell Patterson) owns a window tinting company (Tinthaus) with branches throughout Scotland is about to introduce a new paint protection system similar to armourfend but IMO much better. I have always been a big believer in this type of product as if you have a fast car and drive it as it should be driven your car is inevitably going to get battered to death by stone chips. This product stops that completely. Basically whats involved is that exact templates are made up of the bits of your car that will incur the stone damage - places like front bumper, bonnet edge, headlamps, mirrors, front and rear wheelarch bits, rear tailgate base etc etc. These templates are then used to cut exact sized sections of protective film that are then applied to the areas on the car. Now having had cars armourfended before I can honestly say this stuff is miles better - it's apparantly thinner and much stronger than the film armourfend use but the best bit is it's hardly noticeable and does not have the same orange peel effect that my car had with armour fend. It's almost invisible!!! notworthy.gif Honestly this stuff is superb and I would fully recommend it to anyone that wants to keep there car looking good. Price depends on how much of your car you want done. I had the front bumper, headlights, bonnet edge, under doorhandles, top of rear bumper, front and rear wheelarches, front corners of front wings. Honestly guys it's the biz. The best bit is that Russell being the nice guy he is would be interested in a group buy if any of you scottish guys were interested. Honestly it's the bollocks - anybody coming to the meet on April 10th can have a look at mine.

Had my car defend-all protected today guys. Looks very good and the guys in Edinburgh were fantastic. Really does fit well and until you are actually beside the car it is pretty much invisible. Got all the important areas covered, full front bumper, round the front of the arches, all the little grill pieces covered, about a foot up the bonnet , wing mirrors and front and back door sills. Really looks good , Karl the fitter said that it will take a week or so for the moisture to fully dry out, but IMO you can hardly see the film already.

Ok if you were being mega piccy then you do notice a couple of minor bits, but nothing that is ever going to worry me. And after its first polish will probably vanish anyway.

If you want to protect your car then get this stuff done well worth the money notworthy.gif

The boss even called me on my way home to make sure i was happy with the job his staff had done, Now thats a good service.

Also got the windows tinted, light smoke only, looks great on the black car with the black interior.

Any guys there on Saturday in Falkirk will really like the look of both these jobs.
