sachin
HI guys A friend of mine was driving my S3 and i was following him in front, while looking at my car driving at night i noticed that my drivers side Zenon headlight was brighter then my passanger side and it was noticable. Any reason for this..? I take it that the headlights are self adjusting could this be the problem..? they seem to be pointing in the right direstion..? My audi is a 2001 face lift model! Thanks for the help in advance. Cheers CabVw
Colin M
Maybe you have a zenon installed in one side and the correct Audi part, a xenon, installed in the other?

AudiPartner
Could it be the alignment? One may look brighter cos its shining directly at you, the other may be less bright because its shining elsewhere. Just a thought.
Viraje
I don't think the automatic level adjustments work in unison. I think they operate individually. I've noticed on occasion that one of my headlights is lower than the other, but after a while they adjust back up to the same level again. So either there is no problem, or mine are fcuked aswell!! sachin
Can you manual adjust the alignment on the lights..? cheers Cabvw
Hopsta
[ QUOTE ] Can you manual adjust the alignment on the lights..? cheers Cabvw [/ QUOTE ] Your not supposed too. There is an adjustment screws on the top of the lights but your meant to use a VAG tool to reset them, adjust the lights and then save the new height. Riz
Dont worry, just get it reset by the dealership. I had this issue with my S3. Riz
